Terms and performance conditions

We try to keep everything on it accurate and up to date, but session dates, times and line-ups can change or be cancelled, for example because of weather or circumstances outside our control.

Applying to perform

Applying does not guarantee a session. We select artists at our discretion and reply when there is a fit. Sessions are unpaid: we do not charge artists and we do not pay a performance fee. Artists confirm that they hold the rights to the music they perform, or that they have the permissions needed to perform it publicly. Filming and publishing

Sessions are filmed and published online. By performing, an artist agrees that we may record the session and publish it on our website and social channels, and that we may use short clips and stills to promote the project. Artists keep the rights to their own songs and recordings of them. An artist can ask us to take a published session film down and we will remove it from the channels we control within a reasonable time.

Audience

Sessions take place in a public street. Attendance is free, there is no ticket and no seat. Please keep the pavement and the road clear, respect residents and neighbouring businesses, and follow the instructions of the crew. People in the street may appear in recordings; see the privacy notice for how to ask about removal.

Donations and tips to artists

We are not a payment service and we do not process payments on this website. If you want to tip an artist, email us and we will put you in touch with them so the money goes to them directly. Tips are voluntary, are not a purchase, and are not refundable by us.

Sponsorship and partnerships

Sponsorship and partnership arrangements, including any credit in a session film, are agreed individually in writing. Nothing on this website is an offer or a binding commitment.

Third-party names

References to nearby landmarks, venues or platforms are descriptive only and do not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.

Liability
